On cask @ the Standing Order. Appearance - deep amber to chestnut. Nice fluffy head. Nose - toffee with just a sniff of stewed prunes. Taste - i was right. Stewed prunes on the taste too. Toffee in the background. Palate - close to medium bodied with a rich and sweet but tangy texture and a balanced sweet finish. Overall - nice beer.

Pigs Ear. Hazy amber beer with a good pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and semi dry. Very modest carbonation. Very light of dark malts, barely there. Insipid dark fruits and perhaps a touch of spice. Vaguely cinnamon in the post light dry finish aftertaste.
