Cask at the Pineapple, Kentish Town on 26th April 2022. Deep ruby brown with pale tan foam. Hazelnut nuttiness in aroma. Sweet ripe berry fruits in-mouth with slightly toasted toffee malts and hazelnut. A finish echoing the liquid pass, but with nuttiness emerging uppermost. Velvet smooth with plenty of body. Very well-kept.

Gravity cask from the Blue Boar, Leicester. Dark brown, translucent with a loose ring of off-white head. Chocolate malt, savoury cooking herbs, some cooked vegetables. Bitter/sour taste with a bitter aftertaste. Flat body with some sour plum in the aftertaste. Not sure what they're going for here but it doesn't work.

Autumn 2009
On tap somewhere! Clear dark brown beer. Light dry palate. Sweet malt. Fruity orange. Tangy in a porterish way. Fruity easy going beer. Not dry or bitter.
