Cask@Cask Pub & Kitchen. Ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild nutty notes along with some wood, mild spruce as well as some mild sweet and toasted malts. Flavour is nutty, some wood, a bit spicy, toffeeish and some mild bitter tones.

Cask. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hopy aroma. Moderate bitter nice herbal flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Tap @ The Rake. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, fruits and hops. Soft carbonated and full bodied.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 21 May 2011) Dark reddish amber colour with foamy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of red berries and citrus peel. Fruity, malty taste with caramel, red fruit, citrus and a generous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Nice one.

Cask CPK 21 May 2011. Hazy copper with thin grey head. Berry fruit aroma, touch of raspberry. Fruity and spicy liquid with floral hop, lemony citrus and incidental note of bready yeast. Black pepper on roof of mouth. Citric, piquant end, lingering lemon and pepper in finish. Light, easy mouthfeel.
