Cask @ Sparrow Bier Cafe, Bradford. Darker amber in colour with a creamy head. There’s some pale malts here, but its strength dominates the taste department with a dry malty aftertaste evident.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy chestnut body with a medium off-white head. No visible carbonation. Lacing coats the glass. Aroma of filter coffee, salted lime, peach, Earl Grey tea and a hint of smoke. The flavour is very hoppy - pink grapefruit, red apple, cigar and caramel. Lovely bitterness. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A stunning beer.

Clear brown colour. This is a strange one with a rich maltiness and a weird citrusy lemon/lime taste.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Grassy, earthy, burnt and dry, bitter, light toffee, ok.

Bottle courtesy of dad consumed at home Tuesday 18th March 2014 Pours amber with a good clarity and a filmy white head there was almost certainly a bigger head but I sort of got stuck into it a bit swiftly. Soft in mouth but a huge bittersweet flavour explosion of citrussy hops. I rattled this down me in no time, so quick that my rating is a bit crap. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle. Nose is grapefruit, lots of mango sorbet, pineapple and papaya. Taste is tropical fruits lead to malt and a short sharp resin and dry finish. Mouthfeel is slick. A nice American style ale.

Cloudy amber beer with a thin creamy head. Hop and grapefruit aroma. Taste is very grapefruity and there is a smokey and nutty edge.

Half, cask ale at The Port Street Beer House. Dark amber coloured body. Almost headless. Nice lacing. Malt-fruity smell. Red orange in flavour with additional notes of mid-sweet malts. Lingering half-dry, bitter finish. A good one (Manchester, 07.07.2012).
