Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 26/04/09. Pale gold in colour, no head. Big hoppy aroma and flavour, with plenty of grapefruit, a touch of balancing sweetness and a razor sharp dry finish. Excellent.

Cask at the Penny Black, JDW, Bicester, Oxon 24-04-09 Pours light gold with great clarity, thin white head. Aroma is really hoppy with plenty of citrus its clean, simple but lovely. Taste is very clean, crisp and with a nice back of the mouth bitterness. Nice citrus and with some gentle honey sweetness, I really liked the simplicity of this, great stuff. A8 A4 F8 P4 Ov16 4.0

Cask, gravity dispense, at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Straw coloured with a ring of white head; fruity aroma; light citrus and caramel flavours; lasting peppery bitter finish. Very drinkable but not very memorable.
