Plastic cask, 6% at GBBF08 as Brook Farm Dry Still Perry. Hazy pale yellow colour. The aroma is a lot like cider, and the flavour too. Uncarbonated, a hint of wax flavour.

Cask at GBBF 08 ... Very pale yellow ... light almost but not quite pear nose ... non-descript

Plastic cask at GBBF 08. Hazy gold, touch of green. Traditional pear aroma. Very pear juice in mouth. Quite light, quite fruit fleshy. Plain, but as I say as a pear flesh juice drink, it’s pretty good.
