The Inaccessible Pinnacle is regarded as being one of the most challenging Munros to climb. This Ale's complexity rivals the ascent of the peak, with it's hoppy aroma achieving a well-balanced malty taste.

Not the most thrilling bitter you'll ever have but a nice maltiness to it and a hit of caramel stop it being totally run of the mill.

Vom Fass im The Old School Restaurant in Dunvegan im 2018-06 getrunken.

Cask at Seumas Bar, Skye. It pours clear golden with a thick, dense white head. The nose is soft, grainy, doughy, cereal and bread. The taste is smooth, lemony, toast, light bitterness, grain and dough with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, clean and easy-going. I have a had this a few times in the past and this is by far the best it has tasted.

Amber-tan. Sweet, slick and oily, pears in syrup character. A quick-drinking beer that has almost no bitterness but also not much complexity.
