Bottle, from old notes, source not recorded. Poured pale golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma was sweet, malty, light hoppy, grassy, slight touch of honey. Quite sweet to taste with low bitterness. Quite thin. Fair.

2nd January 2009. Bottle. Clear gold beer - not much head. Crisp palate. Just a tiny bit of hop aggression. The honey is supposed to give a sweet finish but only manages to prevent a bitter one. A bit watery.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Bottle condition. Copper colour with thin off white head. Earthy hoppy honey, it’s fine, little bit muddy. Honey gives it some structure. It is a bit muddled, but I kind of like it. Then again, I like honey beers. Drinks fuller and stronger than 3.7%. Aroma reminds me of Goachers fine light ale. Has that marmalade thing. Tasty

Cask@Akkurat. Golden/orange colour with small bubbly beige head, which still lasts long. Aroma of citrus fruits and hops, Flavour is grassy hops with some hints of caramel. Very dry grassy aftertaste.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm) Colour is pale amber, with a firm, frothy head. Nose is fruity with citrus (orange, mandarin) and a grassy, fresh hop character. Taste is fruity with notes of citrus and a nice hoppy character. Starts rather sweet, turns a bit drier, with a hoppy, a bit metallic, finish. Nice and refreshing.

[Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm] Clear golden. Fruity and sweet with evident notes of honey. There’s some grain and a touch of grassy hops, followed by light resiny biterness. Too sticky.
