A winsome sprite, Tawny is a bit tomboyish with a touch of lingering silkiness to tantalize your palate. This mellow russet beer infers honey sweetness that showcases a deeper cherry richness. Brewed using the finest dark sweet cherries.

Warning! Early amateur rating! This bottle erupted like vesuvias and hit the kitchen ceiling! What was left was crisp and well carbonated. Mild malt and a tangy fruit note. Not bad what I had!

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt with an acidic edge. The flavor is sour with some notes of malt. Not good.

Unclear brownish amber withmedium beige head. Sourish aroma with roasted malt and caramel notes. Sour flavour with roasted malrt, caramel and hints of coffee. Finished sour. Not bad for an infected beer.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a very hazy - almost muddy - brown with a tall and lively shaving foam-style head leaving laces. Strange tart aroma, Light body, a little low in carbonation, sour fruits and a distinct sournes all the way through. Yet another terribly infected British bottle conditioned beer. 141208

50 cL bottle. Pours murky dark brown with a slowly diminishing off-white head. Mild fruity and slight acidic to citrci aroma. Roasted malty and very harsh citric flavour from a clear infection. Ends with a mild lasting malt impression deep beneath a solid citric infection.

Bottle that was picked up at the Dodgi’ Deli’, Cowley Road, Nov 08. Poured hazy reddy brown with an off white really busy foamy head. Good sharp cherry bite, touch sour, lovey fruity bite. The fruitiness is really quite thrusting, quite enjoyable.

500ml Bottle - Brown in colour with red tinges and extremely lively head. Fruity aroma with a hint of tangy cherry. Fruity taste which is initially quite tangy on the tongue. There are also some elements of fruit cake in the taste. Not bad but this was better when I had it before.

500ml bottle from brewery. Ruby red colour with no head. Subtle cherry aroma which is alightly sour. Could do with more malt structure in the mouth. Some sourness in mouth with more cherry/choc flavour. Finish is ok with zingy hops coming through
