Sampled from tap at Meibockfestival Amsterdam 2016. Clear, reddish amber with a medium large, creamy, slowly diminishing, tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, some raisins, brown sugar and nuts. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, raisins, brown sugar and nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Tap at the Brouwcafe, Scheveningen. Poured a hazy medium to dark amber with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is light yeast, sweet fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a malt alcohol liqourice bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Served cool and a little better than I was expecting.
