2011 Bottle at 60F in a Fantome Tulip. Thankfully not a gusher

A - Poured a big pillowy-intensely sticky white head that diligently stuck around. The beer itself was a light orange, plenty of haze

S - Chili peppers with a touch of honey and floral notes. I get a "next morning campfire" ashiness on the nose as well.

T - Interesting. Despite the ashiness, there is a nice lemongrass taste with a bit of lactic tartness and horseblanket funk, ashy yet peach like finish with some dry tannins thrown in for good measure. My favorite part about this is the lemony citrus.

M - medium body with a big carbonation, very dry finish

O - Interesting ale. I like this quite a bit and it was enjoyable throughout.

Speciell på många sätt. Dofta ladugård och gödsel. Syrlig smak med eftersmak av hö, blött gräs, vått trä och svettig gymnastiksal. Annorlunda är bara förnamnet.

Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, smoke, band aid, ash and apricot. Smoky flavour, light sour touch. Light astringent finish, quite a bit of smoke, some malts.
The 3nd beer in the Fantôme tasting spree. As it is not bitter at all, I assume the ghost has foreseen it was time for a change in recipe.

Sampled from bottle @ RBBWG 2013. Hazy murky yellowish color, medium to full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, some smoke, paint and a slight sourness. Ok body, medium carbonation.

75 cl bottle @ home. Rated on 6.11.2010
Aroma is somewhat tart with citron and some green apples. Flavour has some citron, earthy notes, yeast and hints of spices. I like the hops here.

Bottle looks nice. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Fruity aroma. Starts very fruity and moldy like old fruity. Quite sourish. Finish less fruity, more malty-grasy, still quite sourish. Not my favourite.
