Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Aug 2014) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, citrus, grass and grapefruit. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grapefruit, lemon peel, grass and a generous citric bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty pilsener with a generous hop character. Nice one.

On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy pale golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of crisp malts, citrus, flowers, hay, light herbal, nice and fresh but not your average lager. Flavour is light malty, light sweet, floral, citrus, hint of lavender, some pine, decent bitter finish. Light-bodied. Really tasty stuff.

Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grassy hop, yeast, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp clean hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish.

Thanx Derrick for the bottle.
This was poured into a pilsener.
The appearance was a nice hazy golden with a one and a half finger white to off white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute.
There is a slight lacing coming here and there.
The smell had a decent citrus to tangerine to grassy to herbal to a light biscuity sort of flavoring.
The taste was basically the same flavorings with an added dry grassy sort of herbalness to let a slight crispness coming through.
On the palate, this was fairly light and pervasive as a Pilsener with a fairly decent malt driven loveliness flowing about this.
Overall, for the most part, this was a good Pilsener I’d have again.
