Big bottle thanks to Steve. It pours hazy golden with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, tangy, juicy, vinous, tangy, white wine, sherbet and sour candy. The taste is crisp, dry, sweet - sour, juicy, sherbet, tangy, minerals, pear, melon, funk, musty, tannin, hay and leather with a drying finish. Medium body and moderately, foamy carbonation. Has aged well. Fun stuff.

Bouteille 75cl @ Annual Tilquin Enthusiasts Admin tasting, merci Vincent. Dorée/paille, col crémeux blanc. Arôme est fruité, de belles effluves de vin rouge se dégagent, rétro de grains concassés, effet de saison avec un petite renfort de rétro oscillant sur le Chardonnay. Palais est malté, pils, le tout est bien houblonné dans un style noble qui confère des notes de fleuri et léger fruité. Effet sec de saison avec un ajout léger de vin rouge de Bourgogne où l'on ressent qcq effets des tanins. Amertume est modeste et accompagne bien la bière. Retrouve une petite note épicée de levure sur la fin qui confère un léger caractère poivré.

Botella 75 cl XI cata Ratebeer Asturias en el Kraken 03..07..2017. Fcpref 24..11..2018 (r09). Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores maltas y cereales tostadas con suaves herbaceos y ligeros acidos al final. Toques ligeros de maderas empapadas en vinos blancos. Ligeras especias y vainillas. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso fino buen paso por boca, original, buena , para repetir.

Botella @XI Cata Ratebeer Asturias, 03/07/17. BBD:24/11/18. Color amarillo pajizo corona de espuma blanca, aromas a levadura, sabor madera con notas a cereal y especiados. cuerpo medio, agradable.

Bottle shared by Beersiveknown @ tasting at his place. Huge thanks Steve! Clear golden color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly malts, vinous. Hmm a bit fizzy carbonation, hmm ok but not my thing I guess.

Bottle. Cloudy orange with a thin head. Aroma of funky dough. Flavour is spicy banana, bread, oak on a dry wine finish.
