A rich fruity wine-like complexity on the palate includes fresh and dried fruits, warm exotic spice and light summer citrus fruits. Sophisticated, satiny smooth with a deceptively light character.

Amber with off white head - good malt aroma with some caramel - good malt body with caramle, dark fruits, and some nice hitns of alcohol heat in the back - lingering malty finish with hints of bitterness -

Bottle 330ml @ home
Pours clear brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alcohol and dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a warm and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

(Bottle) Clear dark ruby with small tawny head. Aroma has hops, toffee, grass and spice. Full bodied creamy and very smooth palate. Flavour starts rich and sweetish with toffee and dried fruit. Then develops nicely balancing spicey flavours with a restrained bitter finish. Overall, very impressive.

Sweet smell, very dark brown colour. Aroma of roast, sugar, some tar and coffee. Also rather heavy alcohol aroma. Oily palate.

330 ml bottle. Pours a beautiful red brown with light to medium head. Aromas of roasted malts, figs, and toffee. Flavors of malts, raisins and brown sugar. Very warm. Alcohol is quite obvious.

0,33 flaske innført av og delt med bryggervenn Ovesen:Nydelig mørk rubinfarge. Maltsødme, humler og abv går opp i en fruktig og meget balansert helhet. God munnfylde. So smooth. Fare for skallebank oppstår neppe etter den første flasken.

Bottle - Sweet malts, berries and alcohol. Rich clear dark amber with a nice medium off white head. Creamy mouth feel. The alcohol is there from beginning to end, but actually is quite pleasant. Malts and red fruits abound, but not too acidic. No real bitterness to speak of. Very nice stomach warming beer.

A kick awaits after you swallow, like a quick flash of scotch. Mouthfeel is overall watery, but aroma and flavor are quite sharp. Alcohol is apparent in burn, but taste reminds me of the whiskey barrel aged beers I’ve tried. Different

330 lm bottle. Snifter shows deep brown with ruby like shades without much head or lace. Nose and flavors mirror. Dark fruit, ( raisins, grapes) molasses, brown sugar and caramel malt. Texture is sticky and sweet. Fuller body. The sweetness hides the ABV. Real nice brew.

This smells like a booze bomb. Tastes bitter from the outset. Theres a touch of cherry in here and a little bit of some kind of christmas cake. Its a little unsatisfying overall. Bottle from the health food shop in lebanon.
