This bottle was a bit too sour, drinkable, a bit astringent at the mouth, side of ginger, dry malt, hop, not my best beer, 02.01.20, at Bonfol

Bouteille 33cl achetée au Salon Suisse des Goûts et Terroirs à Bulles, BB 12/03/2019. Ambrée, col fin beige. Arôme est finement houblonné sur le fruité, malt léger en rétro-nasal apportant un effet de grillé modéré. Palais de grains - malt ambre, caramel, grillé effet concassés, petite note aigre fruitée rappelant la framboise et baies rouges - le tout est léger 'watery', houblonné moyen laissant des notes de fruité citron bio, fleuri feuilles de citronnier.

Bottle [from trade with CH-303] @ home. A bit hazy orange to light amber color, average to medium sized off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is lightly malts, sweetish. Tastes the same: lightly malts, sweetish. Don’t get much more really. Lightly watery texture, average body and medium carbonation.

Bottle, 5%. Good refreshing hop aroma, hint of caramel. Hazy amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is caramelly with some watermelon and a tart note. Chalky and citric watermelon finish. Sort of strange combination, but OK refreshing.

Bottle from CH-303, thank you Asbjørn! Pours cloudy orange amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with touches of caramel and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, complemented by sweet notes of fruit and malt, touches of yeast and hints of citrus. Estery and bready aftertaste. Well-balanced and interesting but not extraordinary.

Clear amber, small offwhite head. Hoppy, caramely aroma. Light, malty flavour with caramel and fruity hoppy notes. Not mindblowing but nicely drinkable.

Many thanks to CH-303. Smooth malty beginning. Fruity hints, banana or strawberry. Very refreshing and nice. The aftertaste is long, not too bitter, fruity-nice and refreshing! Great and interesting stuff!

Appearance: Orange brown, slightly hazy. Nice amount of light tan head. Aroma: Nice fruits. Strawberry/Apricot? Some malt. Taste: Nice fruit and malt, slight hops. Good mouth feel. Smooth. Info: 330ml bottle, 4/8-2013, BB: 22/12-2013
