Bag in Box at the Stable, Falmouth. It pours clear deep gold with no head. The nose is rich, oily, sweet, sweet apple pie, fruit cake, booze-soaked raisins, vanilla and cinnamon. The taste is dry, slick, oily, sweet apple, white grape, apple pie, warming alcohol, rum cake, decent boost, toffee apple, marzipan and wood with a firm, dry finish. Medium body, still and oily mouth - feel. Interesting and nice depth of flavour. Good stuff.

Bottle shared by Caesar at Eindhovens Herfstbierfestival. Ultra clear very pale golden color, no head. Aroma is sweetish, sweet apple, sweet pear and even a hint of overripe peach. Taste also has that soft sweet fruityness, a hint of vanilla and it also reminds me of whipped cream. Weird I know, but I like it. Smooth texture, soft carbonation. Pretty nice.

Bottle from Biernavigatie, 2011 vintage at 7% ABV, large sample, served in an Oersoep tulip glass. Clear light yellow color, practically no head. Aroma of soft wood, apple ofcourse, slight marzipan, quite fruity, almost white wine like. Soft marzipan like sweetness, soft wood, bit vanilla. Great stuff!

Bottled@Rotterdam, Helsinki. Hazy orangeish golden colour with not too much head. Aroma is sweet and ripe apples along with some vanilla, mild sweetish notes from rum as well as some slight alcohol to it. Flavour is vanilla, ripe apples along with some green and sweet apples along with some slight alcohol and some nice barrel notes. A rather tasty one.
