Tap @ Borefts 2015. Amber color. Bourbon and peach in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweet with a hint of roast. Vanilla. Alcoholic. Complexity in this great beer.

No head. Aroma is slightly sweet boozy, caramel malts, oak, whiskey, sugar, grass, weeds. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, oak, sour fruits, whiskey, grass, bark, burnt sugar, caramel malts. Medium bitterness, dry boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough, not really my cup of tea.

(On tap @ Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade, Oct 23 2016) Pours a hazy caramel colour with a relatively large but rapidly fading whitish head, the last of the keg. Aroma is quite sweet and dominated by a toffee/brown sugar character, dried fruit, woody, a spirit note but not heavy bourbon, alcohol, peach character in the background a bit. Flavour is again sweet overall with a brown sugar malt backbone, wood, light bourbon and vanilla, dried fruit, peach cobbler in the background. Finishes pretty hot with lingering sweetness, subtle peach, wood and alcohol. Medium bodied, slightly syrupy, with low carbonation. I had hoped for more peach here, the boozy character and sweetness kind of overwhelmed the addition.

Flavour is composed of fresh peach, tangy, biscuity grains, salty, umami, oak, warming bourbon, boozy. Palate is spritzy, tangy, semi sweet, low to moderate carbonation. Lingering oak.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, wood, oak, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, alcohol, wood - oak, light fruit - peach.
