Bottled. Black colour with a mediumsized beige longlasting head. Aroma is roasted, some chocolate, ashes, chocolate chip cookies and mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour is chocolate, some alcohol, maple syrup, mild roasted tones with some alcohol sweetness too. Quite biting carbonation, so stil lfermenting in bottle? No guasher though.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Thought it was a different beer but interesting looking nonetheless. Dark dark brown pour with really nice looking puffy dark tan head. Aroma is sharp alcohol and dark chocolate, dark dark fruit and leathery ancho chili. Taste is a bit all over the place - not really brownie, a bit savory soy, some sharp grassy vegetal flavor too. Strange. Palate is silky smooth not overwhelmingly rich. Finish is bitter tart cherry chocolate with alcohol burn. Interesting and not bad overall but a little unpleasant in some sips.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2018) Black colour with dense, pale brown head. Malty, roasted, vinous nose with notes of cacao, espresso, bourbon, vanilla and coconut. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with espresso, dark chocolate, soy sauce, bourbon, vanilla and a balanced cacao bitterness in a vinous finish. Full body, sweet. Lots of taste, but all over the place and fairly unbalanced. Still, quite nice.

Bottle thanks to Erwin! Shared with Joes and Judyvv. Opaque black color with a full sized quite rough brown head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, brett, infection it seems. Taste malts, brett, dark malts, bourbon, booze, some dark chocolate notes, dark malt bitter noes as well. Hmm in the end, the aroma is clearly affected by the infection. The beer in general though, doesn't necessarily get worse. 6-4-7-4-14.
