Draft - Nice berry notes. Cloudy purple with a pink head. A mix of various berry notes some earthy notes and acidic bitterness. Not one I like very much.

On tap at De Garde, pours cloudy dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy raspberries and other berries - nice pithy quality. Flavour brings out nicely pithy raspberries, blueberries, and maybe some tart dark fruit skins. Really nice harmony of flavours here. Dry vinous finish with low tartness. Excellent.

Sampled from bottle. Murky red-brownish color, virtually no head. Smell and taste are very sour, sour unripe fruits, dry finish. Too sour imo, but thanks for sharing fux.

Thanks to Fux! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. Murky brown, little head, nose is puckering sour lemonade, light vinegar, soda sour grapes, light oak, grains. The taste is puckering sour & fizzy, grapes, oak, light sugar, USA sour profile, bit akin to sour soda but good, hazy fermenting red grapes,… Fizzy & puckering, red grape skins body. The RB descriptions features the term lambic influenced but the taste is very much typical USA sour, possibly even more so than some other De Garde offerings, good within style but not on par with the 2 BU beers that I have tried so far. Nice still for sure.

Very cloudy red brown beer, no head. Aroma: very sour, red wine vinegar, earthy, red currants. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour, vinegar, dry, swimming pool, metallic. Aftertaste: same, very dry finish. Disappointing like most US sours. Happy I didn't have to cough up the money for this.
