Magus, šokolaad, röst, suhkur, mahe, linnaseline, nats alksi, veits happeline, kohv ja burboon. Hea, eriti arvestades, et 10+ aastat vana.

Great smell, licorice root, wood, bourbon. Tastes quite sweet, maybe too much. Otherwise more as the smell, powerful taste, great balance.

Bourbon, toasted vanilla, cacao, plum and raisin. Bourbon dipped fudge brownies...chewy on the palate. Lingering cacao nib & bourbon. Wow.

0.33 l bottle from ’De Bierkoning’, vintage 2012, bottled in September 2014. Pitch black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, brown head. Sweetish-malty, a little fruity and slightly roasty aroma of dark chocolate, red fruits, vanilla and oak. Sweet-malty, moderately roasty and slightly fruity taste of dark chocolate, some coffee, vanilla, oak and red fruits, followed by a long, slightly roasty-bitter, warming and slightly boozy finish. Medium to full body, creamy, slightly oily and a little sticky mouthfeel, flat. Well-balanced, quite complex, rather intense and very tasty, maybe a tad too sweet. Lovely stuff!
