This Triple is a performance, powerful and rich at once, without ever falling into excess. This is a beer that spreads its complexity, without falling into heaviness. The color is golden yellow, bright. The nose has touches of honey, candied apricot . The palate is complex, silky, intense, long, fruity with touches of almonds and dried white fruit. The alcohol content is never overpowering and the end is marked by a touch of bitterness that prolongs the pleasure again and again ...

Surprised at the low rating overall. Had it on draught, in brussels. Poured a light gold with moderate head. Sweet and very refreshing, some fruits but not overpoweringly so. A lot more drinkable than many of its higher rated contemporary Tripels.

Bottle. Very yellowy. Lots of head. Hoppy and lemony. Not too bad. Little bitter and lots of CO2.

Old rating from 16-09-15 - 330ml brought back from Belgium. Pours a clear golden colour with an off white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, spice & light malt. Taste is malt, sugars, spicy citrus in the background, smooth hops in the finish along with mild apple notes. Aftertaste is mild with lightly bitter finish.

A classical Belgian beer, 100% tradition, a bit too sweet for me, sugar that it is present during all the sips, not so subtle, malt, common bitterness and arriving at.the final. 02.01.2020, thanks Luigi to offer me this beer. One.of my first.beer of this particular year 2020 with Ariana that she was at home with us.

Drank as "Deugniet". Fruity aroma of mostly apple and a bit of orange peel. Some herbs as well. Medium sweet and moderate bitterness. A pleasant tripel I might revisit.

Deugniet Goud Blond. 7,5 ABV.

Im Trunk angenehm frisch, würzig, blumig, Trauben, recht fruchtig, keine Spur alkoholisch, fast schon süffig, lecker.
