St-Feuillien’ Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde ale, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang. Saison, the latest in a long line of top-quality St-Feuillien beers, is a “hoppy”, unfiltered bee that is so emblematic of the rich Belgian tradition.

11.2oz can. Unfiltered orange color. Mild, good, but sort of pedestrian. Some herbal tastes, but pretty much a little thin and straightforward. Mild.

11.2 oz slim can. Thanks, brenn79! Aroma is peppery, dusty, cheesy, doughy. Pours hazy cantaloupe with lots of floaties under a collapsing white head. Taste is sweet, savory, peppery, spices. Medium body, fine carbonation. Excellent Saison.

bottle pours fuzzy blonde good white head no real smell high carbo . dry, malty , grains. not too much hay / saison character . bit bitter nice full body . nice !

Fin duft av humle og malt. Mye tykt skum. dunkel gul brunlig farge. Fin frisk smak av citrusfrukter og en litt søtlig smak.

33CL bottle at ’’De Fiere Margriet’’ in Leuven, Golden beer (?) with a small white head, taste was great but can’t describe forgot to make a note, anyway i like this beer

Spicey and fresh saison. Has a round flavor of grass and aroma hops. A bit too sweet though.

11.2 oz thin can: Pours orange/amber with a good, off-white head. Old, dusty wood aroma, nectar. Taste is sweet, syrupy fruit, caramel. Very smooth and creamy. A slight yeasty tang. Very nice.

Tin. Cloudy gold with lasting white head. Earthy and spicy aroma. Full flavoured with a spicy note.
