Anlässlich des 125 Jährigen Dinkelacker-Brauereijubiläums im Jahre 2013 haben wir diese unfiltrierte Bierspezialität erstmals eingebraut. Die Rezeptur aus der guten alten Zeit, die Leidenschaft unserer Braumeister und die sorgfältig ausgewählten regionalen Zutaten konnten die Bierkenner der Region auf Anhieb überzeugen. Und so kam es, dass aus unserem Jubiläumsbier, einer eigentlich limitierten Bierspezialität, das Dinkelacker Kellerbier wurde. Mit seinen dezenten Aromen von frischer Bierhefe, Getreide und Malz ist es heute eine der beliebtesten Dinkelacker Sorten.

50cl Fles van REWE Maichingen. Troebel diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Medium zoet, moutig, gist, licht droog, appels, licht tot medium bitter. Lichte body. Duidelijk gevalletje macro-Keller waarbij het depot bij bottelen is toegevoegd. Smaakt desalniettemin niet verkeerd.

Amber to orange with a grainy, metallic aroma covered by something that might be stale and dusty peppercorn. Taste is mildly bitter with a weedy, herbal edge. A modest candy sweetness lingers underneath. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Rough around the edges and fairly basic. Below average Kellerbier.

Pretty basic and bland unfiltered beer, nice to try once but I wouldn't drink it again. Great with food as it doesn't have any strong flavors.

10.11.20 Aromat niewyczuwalny słodowy trochę może z nutą chmielu ziołowego Biała piana obfita, złociste, mętne. W smaku daje lekko szmatą, słodycz nie jest dominując i goryczka też na średnim poziomie w smaku takie ziemiste. Średnio nagazowane, orzeźwiające, średnio lekkie, finisz zbożowy lekko chlebowy. Ogólnie piwo całkiem normalne w spożyciu ani wybitne ani jakieś słabe, raczej nie zaskakuje. Taki lager jasny.

Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Light sweet, a bit malty, very irony and mettalic. Unbalanced. Not a good Kellerbier.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap at Carl's Brauhaus, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very restrained, with not much going on - just a touch of herbal notes and straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle grassiness and crisp biscuity malt. Drinks like water - little going on. How can people think this is worth drinking? What a shitty beer culture here.
