750ml bottle. Cloudy, red colour with huge, firm, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, off-white head. Funky yeasty, spicy and fruity aroma, notes of morello, a touch of plum, cautious hints of oak and vanilla, dusty yeasty overtones. Taste is sour, fruity, yeasty funky, subtle sweetness with a vanilla touch, notes of morello, hints of raspberry, a touch of plum, some black pepper, a dry oaky touch as well; fizzy carbonation. Not overly complex, but quite tasty - sadly a bit overcarbonated.
