Borefts Beer Festival 2015. Cloudy dark amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar and cherry, with a balsamic vinegar note. Sweet and tart cherry and oak flavour. Not exxactly Flemish, but right up there with the finest American sours.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Deep amber. Nose is vinegar, sour caramel, puckering oak. Taste is sweetish upfront, candy, sugar which mixes a bit awkwardly with vinegar, sour red grapes, puckering. Syrupy body. Not very harmonious but enjoyable for sure.
