Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, reddish amber with a lacing, off-white head. Distinct raspberry notes overpowering everything else in the nose. Medium body, solid carbonation, rather tart cherry notes with a little underlying yeastiness. I see the idea of balancing out the often very sweet Tripel. Surprisingly the tartness is almost overpowering here. 191115

Bottle, 9%. Clear dark amber/red with big pinkish head. Aroma is malt, raspberries, fruit and yeast. Flavour is malt, raspberries, sweet, yeast, warming, notes of alcohol, hop and a little bitter.

Borefts VII. Day 1. Keg. Lighlty hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Sweet malts, some cream. Vibrant dried fruits. Tangy apricot and pineapple. Light finish. Nice.

[9/26/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Hazy orange-red. Aroma of raspberry and faint spiciness. Sweet flavor with raspberry. Medium-bodied.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15. Hazed orange amber with reddish hues topped with a light beige covering. Nose is berry fruit, straw, spice, sweet tunes. Taste comprises caramel, red berry linger, sweet, plums. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, light boost at the curtain call. Ok as triples go but a touch to sweet to be able to take on much of this juan.

Tap at Borefts ’15. Pours very hazy amber with a ring white head. Aroma of red fruits, citrus, caramel and floral notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Dark pink with thin head. There’s some light raspberry in the aroma. It’s more dominant in the flavour. Sweet and sour. Light bodied.

Sampled @ Borefts 2015 day 2. Hazy dark orange to Amber color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, quite fruity, red fruit, lightly raspberries, lightly dry finish. Decent body and carbonation.
