Dry-Hopped Pilsner
Fresh Cut is a sensory experience. It conjures impressions of freshly chopped ingredients, a newly mowed lawn, or the air after a cooling rain. This pale lager delivers captivating notes of fruit, grass and spice - highlighted by the luscious Chinook hop. The beer finishes crisp, dry and refreshing, helping to enhance the colorful flavors up front. Obviously we’re crazy about this beer and had to use a thesaurus to express our feelings about it.

A hazy, light yellow beer with a medium and white head. The nose has grain, lemony and grapefruity hops, also some tropical fruits. Nice and fresh aroma. Taste has grain, citrusfruits, medium bitterness, some grass and spices in the end. Almost medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Goold Pils with aromatic bitterness.

Rather fresh and hoppy aroma with lots of tropical fruits. Flavour has tropical fruits, some yeasty tones, grass and mango. Just faint traces of pils here as lagery maltiness – and perhaps also some hayish grain too. Crisp, fruity and refreshing.

355ml bottle from Prisma. Clear golden, thick white head. Lemony hoppy, grassy aroma. Flavor has grass, citrusy hops, hop juice. Fresh stuff. Awesome. Nice long bitter finish. Wow! I just found my new favourite beer to buy from the supermarket.

Pours yellowish with a smooth head. Grassy and hoppy aroma with bready malts. Taste is grassy and crisp with hints of citrus and floral notes. Finish is crisp and hoppy with some citrusy notes. Okay hoppy pils.

Purchased a 12 oz can from Craft Beer Cellar, Portsmouth location. With a can date of 7/7/2014. Color is hazy bright gold. Aroma is pilsner with a blast for fresh cut grass and bright citrus even for the age.
The flavor is still real bright and fresh which really takes me by surprise. Citrus, floral hops and indeed grass clippings. The body is light, hoppy and refreshing. Bitterness is balanced by pale malt and citrus with a touch of yeast. This would make a great palate cleanser between big stouts or funky sour ales. This is clean and refreshing. Very nice.

Bottle from Trader Joe’s in Davis, CA. Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is spicy/grassy. Med body at least. Flavor is a bit grainy with a very decent amount of spice and grass hop. I’m just not getting much citrus - xpt maybe way in the back of my mouth. Grassy/spicy to me. Decent pils.

Bottle. A fresh, very well hopped beer. Some citrus and grapefruit in the aroma but the dry flavor and finish of a pilsner. And this is getting close to Czech style and quality. Better than victory. This is a contender for best bottled American pils.

Drank this after the crazy DC Ratebeer Sour Gathering 2014. Light and refreshing was what I needed and about what I got. Draft pour at Bar Charlie. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light fruits, some mild grassy character. Citrus. Fresh tasting, quite refreshing. This hit the spot just about perfectly. Will try again.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks zvikar. Clear golden with a white head. Great hoppy aroma, tropical, citric and grassy with a bit of malt. Flavor has light bready malt, pleasant hops, grassy and fruity and a nice lingering bitterness. Rather light-bodied. Very good.
