330ml can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours dark with good tan head. Aroma is light coffee and dark roasted malts. Taste picks up where the aroma left off. Bitter dry roast with some hop moments. Bags of flavour. Decent.

Can. Black beer with a thick beige head and a pungent coffee smell that I caught as soon as I cracked the can open. Coffee is the dominant flavour as you may expect, with some earthy malt in there too. It’s a pity it’s not a mite richer in the mouth but it’s a fine beer.

At Eurhop 2015 in Rome - Italy, on tap. Pours black with reddish highlights and a tick cappuccino brownish head. Nose: grounded coffee (a blast), dark chocolate, mocha. Mouth: watery, cold frappe, mineral finish. Really tasty! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Pours black with a beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, lots of coffee, hops, nice. Flavour is medium sweet with a medium bitter end, lots of coffee with hops. Medium to light body, light carbonation. So good!

Bottle - Big piney hops and dark roast. Jet black with a light brown head. Dark malts, bit of coffee and tons of hops. More like a black IPA.. Not enough coffee, but great anyways.

Bottle from bottleshop.eu. Thanks Bob! Dark brown/black colour, brown foam. Lots of roasted malts and coffee, light sour touch. Hoppy bitter finish. Almost no sweetness. Good.

Keg at the brewery. Opaque black coloured pour with a lasting frothy cream coloured head. Attractive beer. Atoms is nice piney hop, hint of choc, soft roast. Tangy dark fruit, soft roast, bit of piney hop, hint of lactose sugar. Palate is quite light, milky, highish carbonation. Bit of chalk. Very good.

Fra flaske på RBHD-samling på Tau okt-14: mørkebrun med flott beige skum. God aroma og smak av (tyrkisk) kaffe og letttrøstede nøtter. Lang, røstet finish. Litt skogbunn. Tørr. God smak, men mangler kropp. Vandig.
