Bottle shared at the March THT courtesy of Kermis. Veryt hin ting white head. Hazy amber pour. Sweet dates in the aftertaste with a little lingering pepper

375 ml thanks to Willrunforbeer. Light caramel color. Aroma has a bolder honey note then the previous B. Nectar I just sampled. Maple sugar and spice here as well.
The flavor is sweet yet, balanced. The maple and spice goes really damn well with this honey. For 15.5 % this is rather drinkable but it does show light alcohol.

Burnt orange red. still (duh). aroma is very fig like. raisins, brown sugar, cherries. This is very sweet. Insanely sweet. You get maple syrup like whoa. present, invasive. vanilla and cinnamon finish with a lot of raisons. There’s a lot going on here and the finish is so clean and balanced in spite of that overwhelming sweetness.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer. Clear brown pour with nice lacing in the glass. Aromas of honey dark fruit vanilla and maple. Taste is sweet dark fruit honey with a nice finish of cinnamon and alcohol.
