A superbly balanced beer golden in appearance with peaty smoky aromas and smooth whisky flavours from peated malt. With a measure of English Whisky from St. George’s Distillery in Norfolk, it is rich in flavour and a superb after dinner drink.

Bottle. Dark gold, clear, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweetish, malty, slightly smoky, candy, cookies with a little jam, a little whisky. Sweetish taste, candy, malty, a little smoky whisky, a little fruit, cookies, bitter finish, not bad.

As St. Peter's Whiskey Beer. Appearance: Foggy gold with a tall off-white frothy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Biscuit malt, smoked malt, dried fruits, floral hop, insulating tape. Taste: Pretty dry. pale malt, biscuit, floral hop, moerately smoked. medium bitter hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Interesting .

Bottle: Poured a copper golden with a off white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, sweet, smoke/peat, earthy. Taste is smokey, peat, light medicinal, malty, bready.

500ml bottle, online from Beers of Europe. Pour clear dark golden with a foamy head. Aroma: ashtray/burnt like, a little synthetic, unappealing. Taste: light sweet & moderate bitter with odd astringent smokey note. Medium body with average carbonation. Pretty nasty overall.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe, as St Peter's Whisky Beer - same description and ABV. Appearance - golden, slightly dirty, white head. Nose - caramel and smoke. Taste - burnt toffee, smoke, light tar. Palate - medium bodied. Smoky/roasty finish. Overall - not sure about this. A bit gnarly.

0,5l bottle as “St. Peters The Saints Whisky Beer” from Le Comptoir Irlandais in Nice, France. Medium, white, not long lasting head. Colour is gold, clear. Aroma is malty, bit caramel, bit peat. Taste is medium malty base, caramel, peat, bit whisky, spicy, medium carbonation, quite good, enjoyed.
