Keg @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Amber-orange with next to no head. It's quite sweet, with orange citrus fruit evident in both aroma and taste.

Keg at the Salisbury Arms. A slight pinkness to the beer, or was that my imagination? The taste was dominated by strawberries, which was unsurprising. It was a fresh fruity taste rather than something artificial which is what you get with so many of the fruity beers. It was also well integrated into the beer. Overall it wasn't my thing because of the fruity sweetness.

Keg at Rose and Thistle, Frimley. Strawberry aroma - a sweet edge giving it a confectionary element. Marmalade amber in colour. Pretty much no head. Sour. The strawberry comes through. It's a strawberry blonde ale and I guess it does taste like a golden ale with added strawberry juice. Although without any real sweetness. Light bodied. Thin but some slickness to it. Average carbonation. Slightly astringent finish. It's OK. Refreshing but kinda basic.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy red orange. Strawberry, pepper, bread, lemon, orange peel, little astringency, nice sourness. Quite high carbonation which works with some of the flavour but not all the yeast notes, so on the fence with the palate. A good beer all round.

50cl bottle from Väike Roosa Õllepood,Kristiine. Pours slightly hazy golden with a modeste, white head. Fruity aroma - the straweberries comes straight away. Mild malty and fruity - fairly mild flavours, but strawberries are certainly dominating. Some acidity and in the end this was surprisingly enjoyable.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, deep golden colour with a slightly pinkish mid-sized frothy head. Distinctive strawberry-fruity aroma, also yeasty and slightly mouldy phenolic with a malty background. Mildly sweet asnd tart flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slightly sourish strawberry-laden taste with notes of sherbet; mildly sweet and sour-tart finish. Refreshing. 02.X.17
