DWÓJNIAK MALINIAK – a fruity drinking wine with a minimum of 30% of the water needed for production replaced by raspberry juice.

Created from the highest quality multi-flower honey. Matured by aging. It is stored in stoneware and glass bottles. The alcoholic content is around 15%.

With a pleasing and sought-after aroma, although not overly fruity, its excellent taste is due in part to the tannin balance and a touch of bitterness added by the honey. Contains a large amount natural anti-oxidants.

Bottle shared at THT November. Clear dark reddish pink with a few big bubbles. Raspberry jam, light fruit yoghurt, sweet honey, sugar, alcohol, Chris' bee bumhole sniffing. Lots of honey, sugar, raspberry and alcohol basically. Very sweet, alcoholic bitterness and tart fruity finish. Full bodied with barely any carbonation and alcoholic finish.

Pours darker amber, with a mild red glow. Smell is very mildly fruity, the herbal aspects of raspberry as well as some fruity tones. The honey is rather hidden, but gives the sweet undertone that pairs so nicely with the rapberrie. Taste is very full, thick, intense. Raspberry juise, very clearly so, very sweet ( as to be expected ) . Dense MF and huge blasts of aroma. the fruit is intense, but doesn't overpower the whole thing. Awesome mead.

Vintage 2016. Small ceramic bottle, Special cork and wax. No taki miod to ja lubie. Nie za slodki. Czuc te kwaskowe maliny ktore mieszaja sie ze slodycza miodu, troche takze kwaskowego wina octowego wyczuwalem. Pod koniec jakies przyprawy korzenne. Sok malinowy zdecydowanie lepiej pasuje niz winogronowy. Ciekawe jak bedzie z jablkowym, ale to jeszcze przedemna.
