Draught. Deep beetroot red colour with a mediumsized pink foay head. Aroma is black currant, some farmhouse, funk and mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour is a bunch of berries, some wooden acidic tartness with mild sour and some blackcurrant bush/leaves to it too. The acidity makes it rather intense.

Vollmundig fruchtiger Beginn. Dabei nur wenig säuerlich, spritzig. Die Säure steigt leicht an, intensive Noten von schwarzen Johannisbeeren. Langer Nachhall. Gut. 14/11/10/11//12

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Hazy, very dark purple with a pinkish white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity aroma of raspberries, cherry and some oak. Moderately sweet, slightly sourish, very fruity taste of cherries, raspberries and some oak, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather woody finish. Medium body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
