On tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris on 25th November 2017. Brownish copper with thin ring-and-film. Sour citrus and intense malt aroma. Zesty peel and tart orange citrus in-mouth with sweet malts and berries. Rich and intense, long lasting citrus zesty finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Absolutely exquisite.

Draught @ Beergeek bar, Prague. Pours dark golden with an offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, grass, fruit, peach, melon, citrus, little spicy hops, light cats piss. Flavor is rather bitter, grassy, bitter fruity, citrus, grapefruit. Medium to full body, average carbonation, bitter finish with warming alcohol. 310717

Bottle at home, Dark orange beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, malt, caramel. Taste is the same, fruit, bittersweet, nice one.

Bottle shared. Hazy amber with a small cream head. Aroma of caramel malt, green weedy hops, herbal hops and light candy. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at kermis’ German trophy tasting. Clear amber with thin white head. Sweet caramel malts, oranges, tea, pine resin. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Draught @ The Hoppy Pub, Nikiforou Foka 6, Thessaloniki, Greece 54621. [ As Freigeist Miss California ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, hoppy, pale malt - caramel, marmalade hops, hop bitter, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Pours dark, rather clear amber. Small white head; Smell is harsh malts ( some ambermalts) . Bitter, mild hoppy. Taste is punishingly bitter, dry, big ambermalty, crunchy features. taste is gone in an instant though. OK

BOTTLE 33 CL from Koelschtrinker. Hazy dark red, small head. Rich malty aroma, candied fruit, toffee, minty flavored lokum. The hops are in the shadow. Similar malty taste - fairly sweet and fruity, with good palate numbing but otherwise well hidden alcohol, moderate hoppy and boozy bitterness. For its mere 8% abv it’s definitely a sipper, not easy drinking at all. Schweet!

Bottle at home, love the label, to be encouraged. 19th February 17. Pours dark bronze, slight head. Aroma is hops, bitter, caramel. Taste is sweet, good bitterness, citrus, lots of pine resin. Really enjoyed this.
