Draught @ 16th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007, Opstal. Unclear dark red color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate cherry, fruit / berries, sour / acidic, "Arffmanns mustard". Flavor is light sweet and heavy acidic (lime / vinegar) with a long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Bottle 0,25l. Clear red coloured. A pink creamy head lasting for a couple of minutes. Aroma and flavour of ripe cherry. Nothing exciting happening in the aftertaste either.
Used as a celebration beer for having finished the rating of my 16 day power-rating trip to London, Ipswich, Norwich and St. Albans 14 - 29 Sep 2006 together with CatweazleTroms and Rune. 183 new beers rated - and another 33 not found in Ratebeer generating some more work.

250ml bottle (Alc.4.5%). Marked cherry-lambic aroma. Burgundy red body with a small light reddish head. Candy sweet flavour, to some extend balanced by a bit sourness. Crispated. Consumed as a thirst quencher on one of the few warm summer evenings in the Arctic. But Iām not particular fond of the style.
