Didn't take any notes on this one, as I had new clue it was gonna be a new entry. It was however a remarkably good version of krieklambiek, that's why someone let me taste it (again). I remember it being deep ruby red to purple with no head. Very fruity and full cherry aroma. Taste was similar, very very fruity, but not sweet at all, a nice tart punch and fruity sourish finish.

Red colour, no head. Aroma of red fruits, lactic acid, cherry yoghurt, red fruits. Cherry flavour, mildly sour yoghurt, red fruits. Finish red fruits, quite refreshing.
Very similar to the Mort Subite kriekenlambik. That one was a bit fuller in body (molliger), but they were eerily alike.

Enjoyed at the 2012 Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. This is an unblended Lambiek direct from the brewery. Served in 2 ounce pours.
A - Pinot Grigio clear no haze
S - sweet cinnamon. Pepper.
T - Nutmeg cinnamon. Pie. Graham cracker yogurt. Brie.
M - 5% carbonation
O - 5/5. Incredible. A+ top 25 beer for me. Very nice! The cinnamon and nutmeg made this taste so great.

Draught at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. Pinkish red color. Aroma of dusty cherries, lemon, grapefruit. Taste starts sweet, then sour and acidic fruit. Pretty simple.

Sehr fruchtig-herzhafter Antrunk mit deutlich verwässerterSäuerlichkeit, die ncht wirklich fruchtig wirkt. Etwas erdig, in Teilen faulig. Etwas erfrischend, ansonsten unspektakulär. /9/9/8//8

Provdatum: 2007-06-21 Röd med rosa skum. Frisk härlig smak av körsbär. Kommer ihåg att man tittade på den när man började handla på systembolaget för årtionden sedan med stor skeptisk. Lite ledsen att det så lång tid att "våga" köpa. Anteckningar: Drick inte för ofta.
