Backlog august 2016. Dark brown body under a big, dense beige head. Pleasant aroma of dark malt, dark chocolate and a hint of coffee. Taste is sweet, dark malt, chocolate, coffee and balanced bitterness. No nut flavor, but still a very nice one.

Bottle at home. Aroma is roasted malt, milk chocolate, fruity hops, some nuts, some coffee, touch of pine. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Nicely roasty and a bit nutty, smooth and very drinkable. I expected it to be a little nuttier, but it’s very good all the same. Fly, you fools!

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar Aarhus. Pours black with a medium dark brown head. Aromas of roasted malts, subtle smoke, sweet chocolate, caramel, subtle nutty notes as it warms up. Taste is malty, roasty, sweet chocolate and caramel. Not getting the nuts in the taste, sadly. As you say.

Good beige-tan head over deep dark brown beer. Soup, (coriander), rootspices, roast, coffee, bit of ashes. Roast, ashy-ness more outspoken; dry, but still a tad of restsugars. Don't get much nuts, BTW. Bit sticky MF, medium to well-bodied; slick to oily. Not very carbonated. The marks might seem a bit low, but one certainly one worth trying. 7/4/7/3/14

Opaque dark brown beer, decent tan head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts. Little spice. Some tangy fruits underneath. Not much in the way of nuts here! Spicy dry finish. Not doing much for me.
