Imperial Stout Oatmeal Stout with Kopi Luwak Coffee. Released January 2015.
This beer is the culmination of the efforts of two world-class brewers to create the most vitalizing coffee stout in the world. AleSmith and good friend Mikkeller join forces, blending the legendary Speedway Stout and Beer Geek Brunch Weasel together into one massive Imperial Oatmeal Stout with enough coffee and oats to substitute for your weekend brunch.
A beer of this magnitude requires a robust coffee with enough backbone to compliment the roasty and dark malt flavors; Kopi Luwak Coffee is the perfect choice. These coveted coffee beans are selected for their ripeness and quality by the Indonesian Palm Civet, a jungle marsupial that devours the fruit of the coffee cherry. The beans are then gathered from jungle floors, washed, sun-dried, and roasted. This smooth and aromatic stout is seriously good to the last dropping.

Bottle shared by @beercation at the RB Bonnenkai 2015. It pours deep only black with a tan head and a bitter aroma of boozy coffee. The taste is bitter coffee and tannins with a smooth body. Good but I was expecting more I guess, maybe my pallet was shot. I found the Big Blend which was completely unknown to me left more of an impression. Taking a big glug it impressed with mocha, coffee & chocolate flavor. I’m happy I had the chance to try this so thanks Beercation!

Sample. Black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, dark chocolate, hop and a little soy. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, dark chocolate, medium sweet, little liquorice, hop and medium bitter.

Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, coffee beans, dark chocolate, vanilla. Flavor is rich malt, coffee, expresso, chocolate, vanilla, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. 271115

750ml bottle thanks to Darrel. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is coffee roast malts chocolate coffee vanilla marshmallow and booze. Taste is more of the roast malts coffee vanilla booze. Fun to do side by side with the mikkeller beer geek kopi.

750ml bottle sared at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki, from trade with bytemesis. Thank you Mike! Black color with brown head. Roasted malty aroma, heavy coffee, espresso, chocolate, milk and dark chocolate, cocoa. Sweet and heavy bitter taste like aroma with some coffee acidity. Full creamy body with soft carbonation.

Bottle (thanks to phaleslu for sharing). Earthy dark chocolate malt and straw aroma. Black with moderate tan head. JMildly sweet dark chocolate, malt, and moderately bitter herbal coffee ground flavor. Nice body and balance.

Bottle@Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen - pours black with a tiny beige head. Aroma and taste is roasted malty with big chocolate and coffee prominence, some caramel and licorice in there, nice mouthfeel, goes down very well, but accompanied by the Warpigs edition of Speedway I feel that has the edge slightly over this. Nonetheless a fine brew indeed.

Bottle @ MrOrla and ShaunHill reconnects, Thanks guys. Pours black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Coffee, cocoa and roast. Flavor is salty licorice, coffee and charcoal. Piratos. Full bodied. Its good - but rather one dimensional on the charcoal-licorice notes.
