F: tanned, not very big. C: dark, opaque. A: malt, liquorice, dark fruits, dark cherries. T: malt, dark fruits, liquorice, dark cherries, molasses, chocolate, medium body, medium carbonation, good one, thanks to the BE RB crew for sharing beers today! Sampled draught @ Bruges beer festival 2017.

Thank you for sharing kraddel + tderock + Rubin77! Sampled draft @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017. Dark brown to black, tanned head. Nose is varnish, old furniture, herbal bark, thick syrupy malts. Taste is herbal licorice, weird bitter bark, furniture, herbal, far too bitter bark, twigs & branches, low soy sauce, cough syrup cloying. Body is herbal, grains, soy sauce, cough syrup. Not my preferred profile.

Donker roodbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig, licht zoet en ietwat kruidig met iets van karamel, toffee en sporen van anijs.

Pours clear , very dark amber to Brown. Small white head. Smell is bit malty, bit alcohol, grains, mild sweetness, complex. Taste is sugary, bit sweet, complex, some leaves. Nice

Bottle at THT. Clear reddish brown with very small off white head. Dates, sweet malts, raisins, caramel, brown sugar. Over medium sweet and under medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Not too interesting.
