Keg at Beavertown - Six Degrees of Beaveration. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds good funk, lemon, tangerine. Lightly sweet with some lemony acidity, light wood, pale bread. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean and tart in the finish. Wow, outstanding.

Keg at the London Beer Factory,. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is musty sour white grape, light grains, wheat, lemon. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy, musty white grape,. Nice.

Draft at Walhalla during Carnevale Brettanomyces. Hazy to cloudy yellow color white head. Aroma of dusty cobwebs and white wine. Taste has light tannins, soft sourness, hay and straw, maybe lemon. Very nice

On tap at Walhalla, CB'18. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of funk, dirt, light spicy, floral. Flavour of dirt, sourness, light woody, floral, spicy. Light bodied.

Aroma and flavour have a lot of tangy white grapes. Light and fresh tasting. Easy to drink.

At brettfest. Aroma of funk, brett, horseblanket, white grape and citrus. Taste has rich white wine, citrus, oak, funk, horseblanket and a long finish. Really good.

Tap at Walhalla. Hazy pale yellow with white head. Raw wheat, gooseberries, yoghurt, light lime, sour tropical fruits, Star fruit. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Not bad at all.

Draft at Whalhalla, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, woody notes, light funk and light yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet, sour and light bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
