Bottle shared at THT. Near black with a bubbly tan head. Aroma of fruity hops, licorice, roast, dark chocolate. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at THT May, courtesy of kermis. Black with huge fluffy beige head. Roasted chocolate malts, licorice, coca cola, milkiness, yeasty edge. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Under medium body, quite strong carbonation. Nice.

Bottle at THT May. Black with huge fluffy dark beige head. Lots of roasted malts, licorice, chalk, dried plums, more licorice, soft herbs and marmalade, raw cocoa beans. Very light sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium bodied with a bit chalky feel and lots of carbonation.

75cl bottle shared at May THT. Thick creamy tan head. Clear almost black pour. liquorice and bitterness in the aftertaste. Pretty good

750ml bottle pours a murky dark brown with some foamy, off white head. Nose has grist, bread crust, toast, dark chocolate, yeast. Flavor is the same, malt, toast, burnt flour, chocolate, marzipan. Dry finish. Drinkable.

Pours dark brown / black color with light brown head. Aromas of roasted malt with some mustiness and funkiness. Roasted malt, pine, and grass flavors with earthy, musty, funky, and ashy notes. Medium body with lively carbonation.

750ml bottle. Pours dark brown with a smooth head. Aroma of hops, grass, pine, licorice and hints of coffee. Taste is carbonated, stingy and herbal hoppy with hints of licorice, grass, coffee and pine. Finish is heavily carbonated and earthy with hints of licorice, coffee and pine. Decent, quite heavily carbonated.

Bottle, shared by Travlr at The Sovereign. Thanks Gene! Poured a black color with a medium sized light tan head. Aroma was light pine, funky yeast with some light dark chocolate. Flavor was light funky notes of chocolate, malts. Funky character balances out the hoppy pine notes pretty well.

Bottle. Black color, brown ice cream cone head. Aroma of earthy coffee grounds, burnt brownies, light pine. Taste is bitter burnt espresso, pine needles on a background of light funk. Works well.
