(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Oct 2018) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with peaches, citrus, white bread, soft malt and coriander. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, peaches, grass, bread, a touch of wood and a mild acidity in a finish with a gentle citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well made with a slightly winey character. Nice one.

Tap at the brewery (as Assemblage De Saisons). Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is fruity, citrus, pineapple, apricots. Flavor follows the nose. Overall: ok.

Straw blond with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a saison-like spicy yeastiness. Very clean and light but not very flavoursome.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, day 2.

0,25l from tap at Moeder Lambic shared by me. Dark yellow, very milky color, small white head. Smells earthy, musty, grassy, leathery, spices. Bit weird smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, earthy, berry notes, flowery, bit lactic, peppery, spices. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of lactose, spices and peppery notes. Very nice one, tastes more like an milkshake ipa, no barrel noticeable
