Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is fruity and funky with citrus, lemon, sweetish apricot, barnyard funk, wood, apples and berries. Flavour is medium sour with ample sweet notes. Body is medium. Pretty incredible fruity smoothness, mildly sour for a Gueuze with some sweetness. Wow, such soft smooth balance, not for those who demand a heavy sourness, quite rich and amazing.

Bottle 0.375l from our archive, bottled 17.12.2014. Lightly cloudy, orange colored. AROMA- leather, peach, funky, flowery, nutmeg. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, lightly tart and bitter, dried sweet white grapes, nutmeg, floral hops, peach. Fuller bodied. Unusual, sweet, really nice grape tones. Great

375ml @ Phill's (thx, for the bottle, bud!) shared with Ash. Appearance: clear golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, sweetness, fruitiness, barrel. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: very 👌.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber,noff-white head. Aroma: Tart, notes of wood, fruity notes, mold. Taste: Moderate to over moderate sweet and tart and moderate bitterness, very smooth mouthfeel, notes of wood, sweet and sour apples, overripe apples, appleskin, subtle overripe citrus and grape, hints of stone fruit. Quite some (fruity) bitterness for n Oude Geuze. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Quite complex. Just under average carbonation, medium body. Very nice.

Musty flowers (chrysanthemum), apple, biscuit malt, vinegar, and hay aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet apple/citrus, biscuit malt, mildly sour vinegar/citric acid, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body, great balance. Very nice.
