LIGHTLY SPARKLING FULL STRENGTH ARTISAN CIDER
This is a rich and full bodied cider that delivers on powerful autumnal flavours. High Noon is a full strength cider, matured for slightly longer to develop a deeper flavour from the tannins present in more traditional apple varieties.

500ml bottle from Wedmore Village Shop, Somerset. Pours a clear rusty gold. Aroma brings pleasant woody, rustic cider barn. Taste sees comforting soft tannins alongside a bright fruitiness, medium sweetness. Quite accessible overall with a lovely tannic warmth.

500ml bottle from Ciderlab. Orange gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, hints of woody funk. Taste is mellow fruity apple, some tartness and apple skin, with light funk, oak, vanilla and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, finish is dry tannic with alittle sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham, Bristol. Clear gold in colour with a touch of fizziness. Clean, juicy, apple character, a touch of dryness, farmyard character, followed by a sweeter finish. Easy drinking and pleasant.
