Bottle from de Molen beershop, dated 03/09/2014 BB 03/09/2015, large sample. Almost clear golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of spicy and peppery yeast, hibiscus, chamomile, flowery, slight citrussy, bit pineapple, bit funky. Slight dry and funky in taste, pineapple sweetness, touch of sour even. Nice stuff.

Bottle. Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Rosé tinged gold. Dense, sticky, lasting, pink tinged head. Looks boss. Flora and oily herb. Bready, and yeasty. Taste is yeasty dry, turning oily, herby bitter. Full, massaging mouthfeel. Finishes long, herby bitter.

Draft @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. Orangée, fin crémeux rosé. Arôme au bouquet rustique de saison, légère effluve d’hibiscus ponctuée par des notes houblonnées nobles - citronné et un agréable rétro aromatique de plante, presque tisane. Palais est sec et amer avec un profil belge rustique dans la levure. Pointe hibiscus et une fine douceur herbacé de camomille au caractère unique et subtil. Se termine par un palais persistant sec venant d es grains-malts.

On tap at Brewdog Birmingham, pours a cloudy pinkish orange with a small white head. Nose brings out notes of chamomile and hibiscus. Flavour is pleasant, with floral notes, hibiscus and to a lesser degree chamomile characterizing this. Well-balanced and not too aggressive with the spices. Pretty decent but nothing special.

@ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2015. Dark golden colour, white foam. Medium carbonation. Dry and hoppy with notes of herbs (hibiscus?) Easy drinkable. Ok.

Sampled draft @ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2015. Dark pinkish red amber, creamy white head. Nose is sweet, malty, sweet flowers & light red fruits. Taste is creamy flowers, sweet, caramel, light red fruit jam, sugar, quite a bit sweeter than expected but very interesting & nice, herbal tea & candy sugar,… Lingering flowers, hibiscus finish, sweet herbal tea in a good way. Creamy body. Nice.
