Bottle 330ml. @ [ Post-PBF Lost-Box Hotel Room tasting ] - oh6gdx room, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Brew By Numbers 01/09 Saison - Hibiscus & Chamomile ].ABV: 6.0%. Light unclear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, leather, funk, hibiscus, chamomile. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, flowers, hibiscus, chamomile flowers, sweet malt, wheat, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170406] 8-3-6-3-14

Bottled@Post-PBF Lost-Box Hotel Room tasting. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, fruity, some funk, mild wood and spruce. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, some mild funk, yeast and a bit sourish/tart wooden notes.

33cl bottle @ the lost box tasting, Helsinki. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Coriander, mild soury notes, funk, floral notes. Lovely aroma. Slightly buttery flavor, floral notes, hops, nettles. Flavor bit disappointing, lovely aroma.

Draft at Murphy’s Law. Hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of Bretty funk, citrus, peppery yeast and light floral notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap @ In De Wildeman, sample size (6%). Cloudy golden color. White head with short retention. Aroma’s: sweetish, overripe fruit, flowers, light sour. Retronasal it’s fruity sour with light funky notes. Flavor is moderate bitter, lightly sour, light notes of funk. Light bodied. finish is firm bitter, a bit of ash even, herbal.

330ml bottle [6.0% abv]. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, thick, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Spicy, yeasty, slightly funky, minimally floral Saison aroma, hints of hibiscus, a cautious touch of chamomile. Taste is slightly bready malty, minimally funky and yeasty spicy, overtones of an harmonious, floral, minimally dry and tartish conglomerate of hibiscus and chamomile, slightly bitter hints of orange zest; rather light, well balanced and very drinkable.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, grass, yeast, flowers, light malts, orange, leafs, spices. Taste is slightly sour-ish harsh, weeds, flowers, bark, yeast, minerals, sour grass, spices, paper, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, zesty citrus fruity satsuma and lemon notes, light floral and herbal nuances into the finish.
