Lost rating, you bastard Carlos. 06/10/2018 - sample from a 750 ml. bottle @ RBBSG 2018 @Totem brewery to be. Hazy golden, no real head. Nose is lots of ripe appple. Taste is ripe apple, bit wine. Didn't get no would, nor wild flavours. Not bad but had expected more of this.

(750ml bottle from Etre Gourmet) Pours clear deep gold with a small fizzing white head. Notes of quite dry fresh apples, light sweet and light tart with a bit of a skin bite, touch of pear, vanilla, a little white wine, funky grass, quite a bit of barrel influence from mid-sip with wood joined by subtle curry and spicebox notes somewhat reminiscent of vin jaune. Bone dry finish with white wine and a light to moderate musty funk. Light body, touch watery, with low spritzy bottle-conditioned carbonation. An interesting and complex dry cider with prominent barrel characteristics. If there's a weakness, it's that flavours could be bigger overall.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy light golden with small white head. Soft funk, white wine, dry apples, herbal, CO2, mossy, dry pears, vanilla wood. Grassy and glue were with a touch of glue. Light sweet and tart, medium bitter. Over light bodied. It’s quite nice, but really needs to be shared as it’s so wild and out there.

Bottle shared at home, courtesy of Maakun, thanks! Hazy golden with white head. Sweet apples, light sour, hints of spices, applesauce, cinnamon and star anise, woody, light vanilla softness. Quite sweet and moderate bitter, light sour touch. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Thank you Martinus! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG 2018. Happy to finally sample something from these guys. Citrus golden. Nose is green apple, dry cider appel, some UK funk, faint oak. Taste is decent sweetish apple but mainly dry, oak, some UK styled cider funk, oak, vaguely mineral in cider style. Decent but not as great as I had heard or maybe I just don’t get it.

Bottle from Etre. Unclear yellow with brief head. Tart apples, fresh cut grass, wood. Dry and complex. Great cider!
