Bottle with cork 0,75ltr: Very dark brown coloured brew with red glow. Amazing smell of chocolate, dry bitter taste with some sweetness. Hints of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and an Dutch treat named "Haags Hopje". Quite amazing winter warmer.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear mahogay colour, small head. Huge milk chocolate aroma. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Instant milk chocolate powder kills everything in it's way. No trace of beer, except for some warming alcohol. Infantile and cheap tasting.

330 ml dumpy bottle, online from Raynville. Pours clear deep brown with ruby hints & beige foam. Aroma: toasty malts, chocolate, hints of liquorice, coffee. Taste: moderate+ sweet with lighter bitterness, chocolate quite prominent. Surprisingly thin body for the ABV, moderate to foamy carbonation.

Aus der handlichen 0,75er Flasche. Optisch dunkles Braun, gut Perlung, in der Nase Zuckerwatte, auch im Trunk recht süß, dann Vanille, Schoko, spannend. Kein typischer Schokotrunk. Hohe Drinkability.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 11 April 2024) Dark brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice and herbs. Malty, roasted, sweet taste with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice, mint, herbs and a mild herbal/roasty bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Smooth, creamy, warming and really tasty. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark reddish brown with large off-white head. Aroma is interesting caramel, toffee, malt syrup, make syrup, ground coffee, raisins and vanilla. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, toffee, fudge, malt syrup, maple syrup, raisins and vanilla.

Last one the day day... Smell- medium strong, coffee remains, chocolate, cocoa, but a bit bland. Foam- medium thick, malt, chocolate, coffee, dry cocoa. Head is medium-sized and light brown in color. Sticks. Appearance - beer-specific bottle cap with a simple label. Clear dark ruby color. From - tulip Taste - malt, chocolate, cocoa. coffee. Feels like mix of expresso and then some malt. Alcohol is somewhat hidden. Not bad.
