75cl bottle shared with Soph overlooking the bay near Locmariaquer whilst waiting for Brasserie Etrille to open. Pours a bronzed amber, medium effervescence. Vibrant fruity nose. Nicely deep caramelised apple tone to taste, some sweet apple pie crust.. great doux overall.

75cl bottle from Brasserie De La Presqu'ile De Quiberon (Zéphyr). Deep gold, hazy, soft to medium carbonation. Aroma is sweet apples, honey, yellow apples peels. Taste is sweet apples peels, bit honey, tarty touch, nice balanced and tasty, enjoyed yet bit more sweet to be great.

Bottle shared at the cidershack Domaine Pouldroit, Piriac-sur-Mer. Clear orange. Sweet applejuice, apple peels, mild and sweet. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared in Piriac Sur Mer thanks to sjogro. Clear deep golden with a small ring of bubbles. Sweet apple, soft caramel, light funk, mineral, sweet apple pie, apple peel, light fresh wood and grass. Solid medium sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied.

Bottle shared on the beach in Haute Penestin. Orange golden with some bubbles. Soft and sweet applejuice with some moss and almondy tannin dryness.

Bottle shared with Steve Matthews at Ty Gwelig, Carnac, Brittany, France, Wednesday 14th June 2017 in the company of Steve, Trish, Vicki and Alex, David, Claire Steve and Const Light gold orange light carbonation, lighter than some of the ciders that I’ve had, this is pleasantly sweet no dryness here, really appley.
