Lecker. 10/11/11/11/9/11

On tap at 'Braukunstwerk'. Hazy, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather herbal-spicy, slightly sourish and quite fruity aroma of lemon, gooseberry, hay, dill, juniper and a bit of caraway. Slightly sweet, a bit sour, moderately funky, rather herbal-spicy and quite fruity taste of lemon, gooseberry, juniper, caraway, dill and hay, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, slightly bitter, rather dry, herbal-spicy and grassy finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly effervescent and a little astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Rather complex and refreshing at the same time, highly drinkable, the herbs are well-integrated and far from overpowering. Really good!
